This week's writing:

I hope through this magazine project I learn how to create a style and adapt it to different formats. Each magazine has it's own unique aesthetic that appears in every magazine. Everything from the cover, to the content page, to the page format are consistent with the style and I want to really get the opportunity to practice that. I want to go into marketing and magazines are formatted in a way where they are marketing themselves to their audience. Outside of that, I have learned so much about various design programs. While it has only been at a more basic level, I feel like I would be confident doing trial and error with future projects in my career because I at least have a base understanding.

I just got an internship for UnitedHealth Group for the summer so I decided to look up some of the magazine ads their competitors have done.
